All products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to order confirmation. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Order Process

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation by email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed securely via SSL encryption. We do not store card details on our servers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For UK and EU orders, import duties are included (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). For other regions, customs duties may apply and are your responsibility.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU / UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at the email address below. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Warranty

All PackTight products carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications. In addition, EU and UK consumers benefit from a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity under applicable consumer law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of PackTight or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law. For EU and UK consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence apply regardless. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to a certified consumer mediation body.
