Will it really fit under the seat?
Yes. The shell is built to the under-seat dimensions of Ryanair and easyJet (40×30×20cm), and the vacuum compression keeps the shape flat after packing.
Is the pump included?
Yes, every backpack ships with the compact USB-C pump and a manual hand-pump backup. Three flights of charge per cycle, recharges in about 90 minutes.
How does the warranty work?
Three years on the fabric, the zips, the lock and the pump. If something fails through normal use, we repair or replace, no shipping charge.
What if I do not love it?
Send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Even if you have used it on a real trip. Return shipping is on us for UK orders.
Which airlines does it work with?
Ryanair and easyJet under the seat. Wizz Air, British Airways, Lufthansa, KLM, Air France and Vueling in the overhead. Thirty-plus carriers tested in total.
How long does shipping take?
